Speaking your mind and standing up for what you believe in is sexy, and this expressive painting evokes a strong, feminine vibe. The message is to shatter steroetypes and expectations, and nothing says it better than these fun and fabulous Valentino pumps. The original idea for this series was inspired by a quote and the desire to personify "mess" and was all about breaking barriers. I was motivated to further develop this theme because I had to have a very hard but important conversation with a loved one, and these paintings reflected on my own rather candid nature and renewed approach to speaking my mind.

All of my original works are painted on gallery canvas and finished with a coat of glossy UV varnish (because art needs sunscreen too), but please use caution when deciding where to hang art. Direct sunlight can damage and fade artwork and print materials.
