Shipping & Returns
All artwork will be shipped with care. Canvas pieces will be sandwiched between sheets of foam core, and all remaining space will be filled with other materials to fully protect the piece from being smushed. I strongly believe in reusing and recycling; therefore some of this additional material may have been collected from other shipments.
Packages will be shipped GROUND via PostNet, our shipping supplier. PostNet offers services with FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Please contact me if you wish to have your piece expedited. I will provide you with a tracking number as soon as I have one available.
Return & Exchange Policy
My paintings are special to me, and I hope they bring joy to your life as well. As each piece is unique, I do not accept exchanges and all purchases are considered final and non-refundable.
If your artwork has been damaged in transit, please contact me immediately. I am open to dialog, and want to make sure you have the best experience possible. Requests for refunds must be made to me within 5 days of delivery. Collectors are responsible for return shipping and must include a tracking number to prevent complications. Once I have received the damaged piece, a refund will be issued. Online payments can take between 3-5 business days to process.
